Being ina sales industry I know most the people who write bad reviews brought it on themselves. Go to Best Buy or any other big box store and then go to Computers Plus and you will know why shopping at a smaller computer store is helpful. hey will spend the time to help select the write PC/apple for you...show you how to use it and be there to help you after the sale. Try and get something fixed through Best Buy's Geek Squad...hahaha good luck and even better luck finding someone that cares and is friendly to you.
I had a issue with a laptop I took to computers plus for service...we had a mix up with my computer...and they never tried to make an excuse they owned up to it and replaced it for me. Not many businesses these days will own up to a problem and then fix it. Will in service is a stand up guy and trust me he is a hell of a lot more helpful/friendly than the high schooler at "Geek Squad".

100% happy will never go anywhere else
