I was seen and questions were answered by service gentleman. Had questions about the manual that wasn't in the car when the last time I had the car it iwas in it.Unfortunately I bought the car from Auto Advantage. Had the car for four days before it had to be towed to the Ford dealership. The gentleman I asked made all the since. Why would they have my book when they had the computer to research things. Thank you for being so kind to me and addressed my concerns. Auto Advantage could learn something from ya'll. If Auto Advantage didn't have it I guess it just disappeared. Yea right.
