I would highly recommend that everyone avoid doing business with this organization if at all possible. If you must work with them, know that they charge exorbitant fees and you will likely spend half of your money on fees. Know that the most efficient use is to NOT do $20 or $50 at a time, but rather $100+ so you are only charged their processing fees once. Also, remember to call them asap (you must call) when the inmate is released and request your refund or they will charge you their monthly "statement" fee of $2 until your balance is depleted. It is a complete sham of an organization, but it is a necessary evil is some cases. Sigh.
