First, I never thought I would own a Dodge RAM for...

First, I never thought I would own a Dodge RAM for a truck until I went through Hall Mazda...which I've been dealing with for several years. I knew that I wanted to settle into a truck after purchasing a new home. After dealing with Virgil at Hall Mazda, he had set me up with Hall Dodge to view the 1500 HEMI Dodge Big Horn RAM. Needless to say I was extremely surprised and pleased to see the quality of the truck and how well it drove. I am now the proud owner, with bragging rights, of a GREAT purchase.

Second, recently i had wanted to have a drop in bed installed in the back for protection. Unfortunately, after going through parts, i was told that MOPAR would not sell one for install and that the company would have purchase 10 in order for me to get one.

In stepped one of the sales managers, Raleigh. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was readily available to offer assistance and time to get the problem resolved. It is this level of professionalism and courtesy towards customers that retain trust within their company. The outcome from Raleigh's support has instilled confidence with Hall Dodge/Chrysler and is a welcome after dealing with Hall Mazda for many years.
