Wow, where do I begin? Ok, let's just say I've bought 6 cars so far in my lifetime and I'm 52 and this had to be the FAR WORSE car buying experience I've ever had new/used!

They lie and make false promises so don't trust them for they are nothing like the previous dealer.

Go buy a car anywhere but at Lincolnwood Ziegler!!! If I could give them - I would it was that bad.

I went to buy a car for my daughter and they had the car I bought for 5 days and when I brought my daughter (who was so excited with her big RED BOW) she left crying cuz it's wasn't ready when they told us to come pick it up. So sad and they didn't give a f#@% and just said "we'll call u when it's ready" and just walked away. Just horrible overall customer service! Nick our Salesperson and Joon the Manager could use some customer service training. The only guy who went Above/Beyond was the finance guy Derrick and he was the only one who looked sad when he saw what happened but couldn't say anything...he was the Good Guy.

Really find somewhere else to buy a car you'll thank me later for writing this HONEST review.
