Johnny Sutherland was very honest, friendly and knowledgeable! He was great to work with and made it a seamless process. He wasn't afraid to ask his manager if he wasn't sure of the answer, I really appreciated his dedication to getting the correct answer and not just pushing a sale! Very refreshing to be in a pressure free atmosphere.
