I have been a customer of New Dimensions Concept INC for over a year now, and I must say the overall experience has been average. The services provided by the company are satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes the wait times can be a bit long. Recently, there have been some issues with the website, which made it difficult to book appointments. However, the company quickly resolved the problem and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, I would say New Dimensions Concept INC is an okay company to do business with.
