Worst customer service ever! I have been a patient...

Worst customer service ever! I have been a patient for years because of Dr. Lupton and his reputation. He has now retired. I called and left a message last week, because that was my only option after timing out on hold, to schedule an appointment. I have yet to receive a call back. This is been a constant theme here.
