Beware of leasing from this company. I completed a 1year lease, they agreed to month to month after the lease was up, gave a month notice. Moved out, paid a cleaning service to clean the home, over a year after I moved out they turned me over to collection,,,,and yes they kept the one month security deposit......no communication was made to notify me that they thought I owed them money,,,,,,
