Just finished a week-long stay here with my wife and two other couples. We rented a 3-bedroom villa together. On the plus side, the rooms seemed relatively spacious -- especially the master suite in our 3br unit -- the kitchen was relatively well-equipped, and there was a ton of space to sit and relax on the lanai. The pools at the resort were also nice, and you didn't have to pay extra for parking. On the other hand, the location is not quite as great as other resorts, since you do have to walk to the beach and even the ocean-view rooms are overlooking a bunch of telephone poles and random houses, as well as the ocean. The service (front desk, housekeeping, etc.) seems fairly slow and limited, since this is really a timeshare/condo place more than a hotel. Finally, the "free wifi" that they advertise is only for two devices, after which you have to pay an extra fee per day; it would have been handy to know that, since we had a group of 6 adults all wanting to stay connected. I won't hesitate to go back if we ever need a multi-bedroom unit on Kauai in the future, as these were harder to find at other resorts, but I don't think this is absolutely a must-visit either.
