We hired The Professionals for our move on July 12, 2014. The truly lived up to their name.
The entire process was seamless, from working with Kelly on the estimate using their awesome online portal, to the day-of efficiency of Victor and his team. The estimate, by the way, came in way under some of the other companies I contacted, and our final cost was less than the estimated cost.
The team showed up hours early after calling to make sure we were ready for them. When they arrived, we were still packing a few things up (because we have a young baby, we were much more disorganized than normal). The team was understanding and patient, and got right down to business working around us. I was amazed at the speed with which they wrapped our items and covered them to protect them from the rain. It was rainy, hot, and humid, but they worked tirelessly.
Though they were on the clock as far as our final cost was concerned, they never showed any sign of stalling or wasting time. I never saw one of them break for anything. They did not break or scratch anything, and they took all of our furniture apart and put it back together carefully. They made sure each item ended up in the appropriate room and that nothing in our new home was damaged.
We were incredibly happy with our experience with The Professionals. Hopefully we won t have to use them again, because moving is just the worst, but we would recommend them to anyone.
