Had a blow out on back passenger tire on Friday night, since i purchased the tire warranty I had it towed to the dealership and had a friend come and pick me up. They sales office was technically closed but they helped me get a service envelope and showing me the process. The next morning the service department called and asked if I wanted to repair the tire or replace, I said I would leave it to them. They called me later and said the car was ready, informed me that since my purchase was so recent my warranty had not been filed so they replace the tire and would file it at a later date at no charge to me. Awesome service
