This company is horrible. Their email payment system doesn't work, their automated phone payment system doesn't work, and if you somehow elect not to get paper bills, good luck ever getting them again. They have inconvenient hours to go and pay in person, too. It's a shame that the company who supplies such important services is so horrible!
