Umm .... I love ice cream. I love Ben & Jerry's ice cream. Umm .... it's a tourist trap. The tour was 30 minutes and you see the machines ..... the price was $4.00 for an adult. Not much to say. Took us longer to park, wait for our tour and manage the sea of people. My family went because we were already in Vermont. If you have small children and need to kill an hour or two (lines to buy ice cream are insane) then go and judge for yourself. We opted to buy a pint at the grocery store instead of waiting. I gave it two stars because the sample at the end of the tour was Cherry Garcia. LOL By the way, the sample was about a tablespoon size. Don't expect Disney World and you'll be fine. LOL
