I was impressed with their pools and the resort. I booked 3 rooms with two queen beds for each room (we had 12 people in our party). I ended up with 3 rooms with one king bed each. Where in the heck are the other 6 people in my party supposed to sleep? I booked with them in February and stayed there in August. Horrible service. We ended up sleeping on the floor. I will not be staying here.
