Great location
BUT the staff are rude and unhelpful, everything is too much trouble, they don't tell you about the services available until you check out and they charge you for what you haven't used because you didn't know about it. in desperate need of an upgrade.

Its very tired with below standard very basic facilities.
The shower in our room had seen better days and the repairs to the shower tray needed repairing.
The only plus - the bed was however very comfortable.

Over all avoid like the plague you'd be better off on a park bench in central park.
