Not creating a humane environment!!not ethical and not supportive. Mercy Housing in commerce city, staff does not follow the true values of the company. I called several days ago asking for the property manager and finally I get a call back today and she was very rude over the phone. I asked if she could not be rude to me and all she kept saying was Hmmm! I need to help my dad not be evicted from Mercy housing but they don t care about helping people like my father, that don t speak English fluent and have a hard time reading letters in English that get posted on his door. How is someone that speaks spanish suppose to read English and understand it fluent. I am asking for help. Please, I asked the property manager for the regionals information and all she told me was her name. Annette please help me and my father and stand true to your values of mercy housing. The manager said she did not have a phone number to give to me and that she would tell you to call me. I have waited all day and have not heard from anyone. I would like to speak to someone above the property manager and above the regional manager. I hope there is someone that could help us.
