Emailed them everyday for more than 3 weeks for my proof, still no response.

Update [4/12/2020]: Reported to the Financial Ombudsman Service to look into the matter.

Update [16/12/2020]: The Financial Ombudsman Service has settled the matter for me. RCIB has finally contacted and issued me a copy of my NCB.

Suggest to bring your case to the ombudsman if you're not getting responses from the company.
