Had a Low Tire Pressure indicator that wouldn't turn off so I dropped by the Service Department totally unannounced and expecting to have to make an appointment and come back later. Was greeted by Mat who explained how to reset the indicator once air had been added to the tires. When I told him the low pressure was a recurring problem, he offered to check the tires while I waited. They found a nail in one tire, repaired it and had me back on the road in about an hour. During my wait Meghan texted her contact info so I could get updates, ask questions, etc. She also met and walked me out to my car when it was finished. Everyone was VERY friendly, professional and courteous. I was impressed!
