Awful. Went for afternoon tea sandwiches were like...

Awful. Went for afternoon tea sandwiches were like door steps and going dry. No presentation of food.One person waiting on 23 people. Had to keep asking for tea and coffee. Room was freezing cold. Spoilt my birthday. Nothing like advertised. Only gave 1 star because it won't let me give none. Trading standards need to look into this.
