Their service department damaged the aluminum trim...

Their service department damaged the aluminum trim on my car during airbag recall replacement. Of course they didn't tell me until I found it out one week later, because my glove box kept falling down. Their "fix" is to bent the aluminum piece back, leaving a permanent crease on the trim. At an Audi dealership I would expect higher quality and honest service. I do not recommend this dealership.
