Myself and my brother are now 5 months into conveyancing with Palmers. This should have been an easy transaction, no chain and cash buyers. Not only was we not informed of the procedures when we instructed Palmers when we started in December, but by February we were informed our lawyer had chained yet our previous one had not even started the searches. We decided to forgo the searches to speed the process and still no sign of closing yet. Emails are left unanswered and important documentation is sent 2nd class causing further delays. I would have waited to leave this review until we were complete but at this rate we have no clue when that will be. In this current day and age you are better off with the online solicitors, even Purple Bricks which have terrible reviews are being faster than this organisation.
