The 4 stars are for the friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean. The bed a bit hard but I did put one of the blankets under the sheet and it was perfect. Breakfast was at my taste. The only reason why it's not a 5 is the noise from the bars and clubs around (not the hotel's fault) but I think with windows and doors that close better it could be bearable. So this should be the improvement from the management. Not an issue for partying travellers since at 3 am it becomes calm
