Super fast shipping for a small business. I ordered a sweatshirt from bivouac online and shoes from adidas.com on the same day - the sweatshirt showed up the next day and the shoes took over a week.
I also ordered a hiking backpack from bivouac 10 years ago and they had excellent advice. They asked about my plans, how much I needed to pack, whether I was going on a plane or not and helped me pick out the perfect bag. I still use it regularly today.
