If I could give a 0 I would. Long story short, car broke down, arrived as soon as we could. Expected great things from the hotel and staff upon arrival. check in was easy. Everything fine until we entered the room. No fridge, no robes, no expect. Upon calling down to ask for a fridge, concierge KYLE picked up. He said, "can you please hold a few minute?" I thought, minutes? That's a while so I asked, "please call me back" assuming they were very busy because of the phone wait time, I tried a different extension and go the front desk .They informed the hotel has no fridges for rooms. Also a drawer handle missing/broken. Front desk was nice so I hung up and informed my father what they said. Second later Kyle called back. I explained I was able to get ahold of someone else and they said there is no fridge and also our drawer is damaged. His response was shocking, as he rudely and crassly asked me to repeat the first thing I said, like that's the solution to my issue. THE REASON WE NEED A FRIDGE IS FOR MY FATHER'S MEDICINE! I was so taken back by the way he spoke to me, a paying customer, I hung up. We are looking into other hotels for the week.
