Staff in the rental so slow. Too 40 mins to get my...

Staff in the rental so slow. Too 40 mins to get my kids boots and skis and 3 waiting lines even payment. Ridiculous! The whole day staff at the lift have gruppy faces and lift was not functioning smoothly.
