I asked van 't Wout to make a quote for repairing the foundation of a house that I want to buy. I also reported that there was some rush. After 2 weeks there was time to take a look at the spot. Then I waited 10 days for the result. Because this did not come I called and I was told: "Sir, I am a busy man, I will not be rushed." No quotation the following week. Another call twice where the offer remained. To date (4 weeks later) still no quote. I am now looking for another company that does take its customers a little seriously.
