For an establishment that prides itself on having open lanes, the front ends availability of cashiers is deplorable. Please stop touting excellent customer service if your management won't jump on cash, but instead apologizes and blames subordinate cashiers for calling in sick. It was 930 am and there was one cashier for several customers with large orders. The problem lies within labour hour policies, not with your employees.
