I have found the staff extremely helpful. Many of the items I need to fill are either available in multiple lines or are held in the refrigerator. The person at the front counter was patient in explaining the variations available and searching out information and drugs. I see the variety of remarks regarding the pharmacist. In my experience, when he is crushed with work and responding to multiple questions and demands, it isn't a good time to ask for a consultation. When he is less overwhelmed, he is engaging, knowledgeable and very charming. So, I think he is human and has a job which sometimes makes so many demands he cannot respond with grace; I don't either in such a situation.
