This place is the worst there was no 0 button but then I remembered the nurses and BHA are so kind! The Dr sees you for 10 minutes and diagnose you with some extreme condition. The nursing staff is amazing but the Dr are so bad that they are overwhelmed by unhappy patients. They come by every 15 minutes at night and flash a very bright light in your face until you wake up then they leave the room. Then they have males doing rounds in female rooms and I kid you not they will try and open the curtain, yes just a curtain instead of a door in the bathroom and if your in the shower you need to peak out so they can see you. So many hippa violations . There are so many violations the sych Dr will come and if you are sitting in the hall they will discuss your
Illness and everyone can hear your business and you can hear everything. They try and use fear and make you afraid to say anything. The beds are so hard and the food is aweful you go for treatment and you come out worse. I am still trying to process what I went thru. I asked to see the Dr and I was sitting down the hall and the Dr made some comments to the effect that tell that old lady to rub some cream on it. If I could here all the way down the hall every room leading to where I was sitting could here. I never asked to see another Dr ever. I think this place is more about making money then healing there patience. Worst place ever great nurses and BHA s. They were pushing medication on patients that didn t want them and denying patience that needed medication. I did not agree with the discharge papers not even close to what s on them but you will sign them just to get out of there. This place will get sued eventually it is that bad.
