Hands down, the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I had the misfortune of dealing with Ray Mattox. I have been in the car business for 11 years. I had my own financing and was ready to buy a civic last night. I called the salesman 2 times and left voicemails and he never returned my phone calls. I was simply calling to tell him that I submitted an application online to see if they would match or beat the rate. However the salesman never even bothered to call me back. The follow up email that he had sent me was a generic template that didn't even have any information of the vehicle I was looking to purchase on it. Guys, this is a car, a major purchase. Could you imagine looking for a Honda and getting this as a "follow up" email?!?!

I wasn't going to even leave a review, as I've sold cars for the past 11 years and I understand how hard it can be to please everyone. So you can only imagine what it took for me to leave a bad review on a fellow car guy.
