I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided to me and my wife by the entire hotel staff.
I wanted to express my appreciation for the superior service I received during my stay. Everyone was very helpful and deserve a great deal of praise for their excellent customer service.

The staff maintained a positive attitude and ensured I felt welcome during my stay. Everyone treated me with dignity and respect. I was amazed at the consistency in their performance and willingness to go the extra mile. The staff was well groomed and took pride as representatives of ibis Singapore on Bencoolen.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet that had a North American and Asian variety and sufficient types of quantity, the self-serve laundry facilities, iced water machines and bottled water to name a few. We did borrow your umbrellas but failed to take advantage of your bicycle borrowing program. Maybe we will ask to use the bicycles the next time we have a chance to be back in Singapore.
Location was great, near 2 different subway lines and buses in front of the building.

Kudos to the staff for making my stay a great one - making our 37th wedding anniversary a truly enjoyable experience.

I will definitely be recommending ibis Singapore on Bencoolen.
