I want to give Pulse energy a negative 5 star. As you can see, I switched from Contact Energy dice 10th Nov, and I do received the email with Pulse to welcome me to join them. But now, guess what happened! Wow, it s no power of my house! When I contact with Pulse energy, they are rude and refused to give me an explanation ! They TOLD ME I CANCELLED WITH THEM ON THE 28th of Nov, and what a perfect excuse ! I SWELL I DIDNT! I M THE ONLY ONE TAKEN CHARGE OF THE PROPERTY AND NO ONE MAKE THAT DECISION! NO EVEN AN EMAIL TO TELL ME THAT I M CANCELLING WITH PULSE ENERGY! COOL MAN!

Update two days later
Today, one of the customer service team call me and gave me the compensations about my complaint. It is acceptable as a result.
But why not just don t let the thing happen at the first place, then the company could save more budget on cover the problem and be more efficient on the productivity. Here is just my opinion above.
