After I had transferred the outstanding amount to Zalando it arrived 1 day later at cib.
In it I indicated that I have already paid to Zalando and referred them to Zalando.
However, they did not do this and asked for proof of payment, after I had sent them a letter that I had to pay Zalando earlier + now also the collection costs.
For this I contacted Zalando and they contacted CIB to remove the collection costs.
Now I no longer have to pay those collection costs and I am not sure whether they had contact with Zalando about my payment at the time! This is just not fair to still collect collection costs while you have already paid the amount, so people be on your guard and if you are in your right, do not pay immediately !!!!
