Wonderful experience. Pool was really busy the first night we got here & many kids were in the hot tubs which was annoying but that's the parents fault not the hotel's. Our experience has been wonderful. The front desk staff is always pleasant & was able to fix any problems/concerns we had. Great experience & view.
