The place looks amazing! Unfortunately that s where our experience stopped. People coming to their rooms at 6:30am clearly not being able to read if they are trying to get into OUR room with the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. Only for them to finally realize that the numbers on the side of the door stands for the room number. Followed by a wonderful phone conversation for a half hour with the F bomb constantly being dropped...in the hallway mind you. Very appropriate for families and children. To top it all off, listening to them enjoy each other. It s not Sunday, the Lords name does not have to be yelled that loud today, Sir! And if so, maybe let your with enjoy? <br/> Oh but wait, let s not forget that we now have to trek OURSELVES to the front desk because our room keys DEACTIVATED. That happens sometimes. Great, YOU bring me the key for OUR inconvenience.
