This was my first appointment at Watauga Orthopedics in Johnson City. Beginning with the very kind lady that checked me, to x-Ray, then Shawn; the P.A. who talked with me & administered my injections, all the way through to seeing Dr. Aiken himself, I was very impressed with the service and care I received today. Everyone that I came in contact with today was very professional, kind and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.
