Have stayed in the hotel in December 2018 and I was very dissapointed: there is no AC system in the rooms and you cannot control the temperature - instead the staff leaves floor fans! That is not admissible for the room price. The waiting time for the breakfast buffet was much more than admissible with only 1 toaster and almost no food offer one hour before the buffet closing time. Also, the Spa is only free for hotel residents before 9:30am and after 5pm which doesn't leave much options. I would not say there is Spa included in these conditions!
