John Collier of Barter Business Exchange ruined my family's house hunting trip to St. Louis. I confirmed our desire to reserve a room the day he gave me the rate, and 2 days later after I had to called him, he said he would confirm the rooms, then he emails me (doesn't have the courtesy to call me) and informs that he cannot reserve the hotel rooms because they are all booked. It was a holiday weekend. All the hotels are booked now. My husband is in the military and we are not able to take time off whenever we want to. This trip had been planned, but was ruined by Barter Business Exchange.
