I received paperwork about one of my vehicles being in a crash months after the crash happened, not from Wilber but from the Ohio State BMV telling me that in less than 30 days my driver's license were going to be suspended due to not having insurance on the vehicle in the accident. Staff was very pleasant (Ashlynn) however upon speaking to Dawn (Manager) she was not as helpful or willing to work with me. Very disappointing experience and it is not resolved yet.
