Friendly staff. Can get up close to the animals. The animals are cared for beautifully. The keepers definitly ensure they are given challenges that they would face in the wild. The zoo keepers care and compassion for the animals is obvious and awesome to experiance. The only down fall is the food that is available in the actual zoo. A few more options would be great. Lots of play areas and interactive play for kids. An excellent day out for the family.
