Buyer beware. These guys are not paying out for legitimate repairs and are constantly trying to find 'creative' ways to either reduce their paying commitment to proper repairs. On top of that, worst customer service towards the service advisor and the client as well. If you are convinced or cannot purchase any other auto insurance, my best suggestion is to thoroughly review over their policy with care and look much further than their brochure. Contact the company directly and get a hardcopy of the items they actually cover. Then proceed to speak with a service manager to review and clarify ALL of the items on there to ensure you have maximum coverage.
