We were buying a car online and saw they had a two star rating. They had to work hard to get that rating because they are not a two! Called the salesman Rush about a convertible that just came into the dealership. I told him to consider it sold and he said he would send pictures and verified he would that day. Three hours later I called to ask about pictures, he said that he was heading that way now because it was done being detailed. He never sent pictures or returned my calls the next day. I called the general manage to discuss the problem but he never called. Rush must have received his training from the boss! I have an 04 Maxima and was going to purchase an Armada fully equipped along with the convertible. This is not going to happen. Hard to believe they can stay in business! Ridiculous!
