CHECK THEM OUT! I've been using Imperium for over a year now, and it's been great to keep me motivated and engaged with exercise. I've had gym memberships that cost more without any of the guidance and end up not using it. Having the book in sessions available each day and training alone with a PT mean you keep to a plan and see the rewards much quicker!! :D
