I met with Gudrun Novak in the diabetes education department to learn how to use the omnipod I had just gotten, she was extraordinarily thorough. I had tons of questions, she happily and knowledgeably answered each and every one. I felt very comfortable to embark on a new chapter of my long journey as a type 1 diabetic
