I bought a vehicle from Smythe Volvo in March of 2021 and could not have been more impressed with my visit. I drove over an hour to get to the dealership to see a car and hopefully drive home with it that day. I had made an appointment with Sam Shehata and could not ask more out of the service he provided for me. The car I was purchasing was used and i knew it was not a huge sale for the dealership, my experience in the past has been you get pushed to the side a bit and the salesmen do not want to bothered with it. This could not of been further from the experience I had with Sam and the entire team at Smythe Volvo. I was treated like I was buying a brand new 60 thousand dollar car, and the detail that went into preparing the vehicle was impressive. Sam even took the time have his team recheck and clean the car before I left, which did not need to be done since the car was clean when I got there, but the extra step was appreciated. He even filled the gas tank for me which was almost empty because he knew I had a longer drive home. Over all top class service, I will drive an hour of my day anytime to buy another car from this dealership. If your interested in buying a car from Smythe, call and ask for Sam, you will not be disappointed.
