My pregnant wife and I were in a vehicle collision. We both got admitted here due to proximity.

A few things gave me a VERY poor experience.
One: upon completion of treatments, I needed to pay for the services rendered by the hospital, now 60 days later, I have outstanding hospital expenses that PIH says I need to pay.

Their medical billing/cashier department has already mailed me my records. Since the New Year, they sent another letter telling me to pay more money when this should have been paid all at once, not broken up.

If you go here, prepared to pay once at the time of ER service and again in 60 days due to their incompetency.

I will never go there again.
