Short version: friendly and fast service, highly recommended.

Longer version: I had to get a leather band replaced on a Tissot watch I've had for years. I ordered the new part online from Swatch (the parent company) and then called the shop in Houston to see if they could help me. They only work on Swatch brand products. That's their policy, so be it.

I found Hal Martin's here and called to see if they would do it. I went in, expecting to drop it and come back later in the week. I didn't get the person's name, but she just started on it right away in front of me. In a few minutes, I was out. There wasn't even a charge. I looked around the store while I was waiting. They have some great watches so I'll be back when I'm in the market to buy. I would give them a call if I needed a major repair as well.
