Filthy ER patient area. Waites from 1am to 7 38am ...

Filthy ER patient area. Waites from 1am to 7 38am to be seen. When my husband and I arrived to the exam room. The floor had a used bloody syringe on the floor. Scraps of paper all over the exam floor. At what point do they clean in between patients? Would not recommend..
