The lady was very rude on the phone over a misunderstanding. As I was explaining a situation, she interrupted and told me to stop and didn t seem to care to listen to my actual question. She cut me off before I could speak about what I was calling for. I hung up after getting frustrated and not being listened to.

I hope that when someone calls for something very important that the staff will be more helpful and considerate than this.
